Funny how a market analysis firm like Forrester can botch the survey. Typical technie disconnect... throwing out jargon like "peer-to-peer" and expecting consumers to identify with that. This goes under the heading: Are You Speaking Your Customers' Language. So often, companies of all kinds become obsessed with their own jargon and miss opportunities to connect.

Thanks so much for your very complimentary review!

One little correction: Most of the data in the book is from Q2 or Q3 2007. Only one chart is from 2006. Regrettably because the way book publishing works this manuscript was finished in 2007 so we had no choice, but at least it's not TWO year old data!

We will keep updating the data on our Web site at http://groundswell.forrester.com
