  1. Nice Work DJ, book looks great. I definitely agree with the idea of seeing the recession as an opportunity. There are so many new concepts that marketers can use if they are willing to adopt. Barter being a big one that’s working well for me.

    Be very worried when the economy is constantly progressing…and in a recession, there is real opportunity. Sounds absurd? Think profoundly the metaphor of the video found in this webpage. Economics need not be a 100-meter dash or something, rather, it should be more like a healthy synergy or symbiosis of things and systems that determine crucial economic activities, marketing included.

    In a recession, you will think profound things: What went wrong? What can I do? How do we start again? How can we be great again?

As far as I am concerned I have started my business at this time looking at the opportunity to build my brand, at such time when big names are going bankrupt. So this is really a great time to start a new business.
