    “I’m so hungry I could eat a horse,” said the dog.

    Sometimes it’s easier to deliver contrary news to bigger clients because the middle management folks are not so intensely invested in the brand/biz.
    Business owners (like the horse meat lady) who are close to the founders and the company name can be a tougher nut to crack, as Don found.

    Small businesses and their owners can be equally difficult to deal with because they’re so passionate about all the details of their business.

    … tough to generalize, though.
